In case of absence of proposals on the protocol of disagreements or the agreement in the editors of the participant it is considered that the participant agrees with the edition of the service agreement proposed by the organizer of the purchase Procedure.

This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
