| Payment terms: | Settlements under the Agreement are made monthly by bank transfer by payment orders by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor within 10 (ten) banking days after the Customer accepts services / works, signs the acceptance certificate for services / works and receives an invoice for payment from the Contractor (subject to compliance with the design established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Agreement). |
