| Payment terms: | an advance payment of 10% within 3 (three) banking days from the date of receipt of the Contractor's invoice, indicating the Contractor's readiness to proceed with the inventory monitoring procedure;
- an advance payment of 45% within 3 (three) banking days from the date of receipt of the Contractor's invoice, indicating the Contractor's readiness to proceed with the audit;
- final settlement of 45% within 3 (three) banking days from the moment the Customer receives the Contractor's invoice, indicating the Contractor's readiness to provide the results of the provision of services under this Agreement |
