Payment terms:
Payment is made with a delay of 90 calendar days from the date of signing of the act of delivery - acceptance of services by the Contractor.
An application submitted by a participant, which is a subject of small and medium business, which has proposed payment conditions for more than 15 working days in the Application, may be accepted by the Purchasing Commission and will be considered as an Application with a deferred payment of 15 working days.
The participant has the right to offer their terms of payment.

- A document establishing the right to take action on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- A letter refusing further claims in connection with the fact that the bid is not submitted at the auction by the Bidder itself (in free form on the company letterhead signed by an authorized person).
