rendering of services for the examination of industrial safety, technical diagnostics of vessels operating under excessive pressure and the gas consumption network of the plant, preparation of a package of documents for registration of hazardous production facilities vessels and the gas consumption network of the plant, restoration of passports for vessels, consulting services for the preparation of a package of documents for licensing the operation of explosive and chemically hazardous production facilities of hazard class III.
At the end of the services, the contractor is obliged to provide the customer with:
1. Passports for air collectors – 4 pcs
2. The contractor guarantees high-quality performance of work in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (central office and territorial bodies), as a specially authorized body in the field of industrial safety.
3. The contractor submits the conclusion of the industrial safety expertise for inclusion in the register of conclusions of the industrial safety expertise to the Central Volga Department of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision. The contractor guarantees the elimination of all comments identified by the supervisory authorities and the customer to the issued conclusions before the end of the safe operation of technical devices.
4. The quality of the work performed by the Contractor is confirmed by entering the conclusion of the industrial safety examination into the Register of conclusions of the industrial safety examination of the territorial body of Rostechnadzor.
5. License for the operation of explosion- and fire-hazardous and chemically hazardous production facilities of hazard class III for the OSP Plant for the production of mineral wool insulation PJSC "CHZPSN-Profiled" on paper.
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of signing by the parties of the act of acceptance of the services rendered.
The contractor is responsible for the volume, timing, and quality of the services provided.
