Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
a) payment under the agreement is carried out within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) conclusion of industrial safety expertise
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of concluding an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity:
Payment under the agreement is carried out within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, subject to the submission to the Customer of a complete set of documents for payment for the Services provided specified in this clause.
The invoice is issued by the Contractor within 5 (five) days from the date of acceptance of the Services. "
Delivery terms:
Scope of services provided: In accordance with the terms of reference (Appendix No. 1 to the documentation) and cost estimates (Appendix No. 2 to the contract).
The term for the provision of services: from March 01, 2021. until September 30, 2021
