Payment terms:Terms of payment: Payment for the services rendered is made in the following order: Payment under the agreement is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) conclusion of industrial safety expertise
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of concluding an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity:
Payment under the agreement is carried out within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, subject to the submission to the Customer of a complete set of documents for payment for the Services provided specified in this clause.
Delivery terms:The term for the provision of services: from the moment of the conclusion of the Agreement to 30.08.2021.
