1. BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AS AMENDED THE CUSTOMER.
2. WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY OWN without the involvement of subcontractors.
3. Execution of works on the customer's wells are located within a radius of no more than 350 km from Almetyevsk Tatarstan.
4. Execution of works in accordance with the terms of reference (TOR to contract attached).
5. Cost of services, taking into account transport costs.
