In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of confidence to be convinced of the good faith of the Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Contractor's independent performance of the work, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with the attachment of copies of the employment contracts of the persons involved for the performance of work, information on the ownership or lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
