Delivery terms:Мед. осмотр проводить на территории ООО "Мечел-Кокс" (оздоровительный комплекс). ФОГ должно проводиться стационарно в Металлургическом районе г. Челябинска или учреждение должно обеспечить наличие выездной машины с цифровой флюорографией или рентгенографией органов грудной клетки в 2-х проекциях

Comments:
Проведение профосмотра и оформление документации в соотв. с Приказом Министерства здравоохранения и соц. развития РФ. В составе мед. комиссии должны присутствовать врач-терпевт, врач-профпатолог и в соот. с Приложением 2. Наличие лицензии медорганизации на проведение мед. смотров. Наличие специалиста и аппарата по проведению маммографии или УЗИ молочных желез. Предоставить сумму затрат на 1 человека (отдельно мужчины, женщины и женщины после 40 лет).
