Comments:
Проведение профосмотра и оформление документации в соотв. с Приказом Министерства здравоохранения и соц. развития РФ. В составе мед. комиссии должны присутствовать врач-терпевт, врач-профпатолог. Наличие лицензии мед. организации на проведение мед. смотров. Наличие специалиста и аппарата по проведению маммографии или УЗИ молочных желез. Предварительное количество 1 300 работников. Предоставить сумму затрат на 1 человека (отдельно мужчины, женщины и женщины после 40 лет).
