Auto-extension

Payment terms:
The payment for the Expert Services rendered is made with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days after the Parties sign the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered/Stage of services, subject to the provision by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) invoices;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services provided/The stage of services signed by the Parties;
c) an invoice,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the SMSP, p.3.1. is stated in the following wording:
Payment for Services rendered/The stage of services is performed within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered Services signed and sent by the Contractor/Stage of services on the basis of an invoice issued by the Contractor, an invoice, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways agreed by the parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
