The list of documents submitted by Call for Bidding Bidders and the requirements for their registration:
1. Technical and commercial proposal;
2. Draft agreement;
3. License for the right to conduct periodic medical examinations by a medical organization.
The Technical and Commercial Proposal must necessarily contain prices for all required services, according to the documentation attached to the Call for Bidding. It is also necessary to specify the terms of payment and warranty.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

ООО "Славянск ЭКО" уведомляет, что по итогам проведения закупочных процедур поставщикам, признанным победителями (резервистами), для заключения договоров поставки МТР/выполнения работ/услуг, в обязательном порядке необходимо:
заполнить анкету контрагента согласно своей организационно-правовой форме и в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней после получения уведомления о признании победителем /резервистом закупки, подать заявку на аккредитацию, предоставив все необходимые для этого документы. В случае непредоставления документов в указанный срок заявка на участие в текущей закупочной процедуре будет отклонена.
