Proposals within the framework of Stage No. 1 are carried out on the electronic trading platform b2b-center.ru or by mail Irina.Chizhikova@moex.com.

The offer of the Participant must contain the following information (file forms are given in the attachments):
1) A commercial proposal in the form of Appendix No. 7 for each of the lots, taking into account all taxes and fees, as well as overhead and transportation costs (in PDF format on an organization letterhead with the seal and signature of the authorized person);
2) Completed Appendix No. 2 for each of the lots (Statement of Consent);
3) Completed Appendix No. 4 for each of the lots (Information on the provision of similar services);
4) Completed Appendix No. 5 (experience in the provision of full-cycle services);
5) Completed Appendix No. 6 for each of the lots (certificate on the presence of partnerships with universities);
6) Presentation on similar projects (with a description of the project, photographs, project results);
7) A summary of the proposed personal manager indicating the experience in implementing projects on the subject of procurement;
8) Completed Application Form in accordance with Appendix No. 8 (in Excel format);
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
