Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon the fact of their provision on the basis of the act of delivery - acceptance of the services rendered, signed by both parties, and the Contractor's invoice (subject to the requirements for their design established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the agreement) within 30 calendar days from the date signing of the act by both parties.
