The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Payment terms:For participants who are the subjects of small and medium-sized businesses the maximum term of payment of services rendered under the contract (single phase contract) when signing the Act of work performed and invoiced for completed work the concluded based on the results of the procurement must not be more than 30 calendar days from the date of execution of obligations under the Treaty (single phase).
For all other participants of the payment of services is made by the customer within 60 calendar days from the date of execution of obligations under the Treaty (a separate phase of the Treaty) and the receipt of the performer, but not before the fifteenth day of the month in which payment is effected, subject to the availability of the parties signed the Act of acceptance of services rendered.
Delivery terms:during the year 2018 (starting from the date of conclusion of the contract), when a list of the personnel of the customer on an agreed schedule. All work must be completed before 01.12.2018
a maximum of 30 working days after receiving from the customer list of persons subject to periodic psychiatric examination;
the minimum is 10 working days after receipt by the customer of the list of persons subject to periodic psychiatric examination.
