Данная процедура также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 части второй Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Таким образом, данная процедура Запроса предложений не накладывает на Организатора соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств.
