Payment terms:payment of services of the Executive Director on the periodic medical examination shall be made by transfer to the account Executive in two phases: 1. The customer makes a prepayment of 30% (thirty) percent of the total cost of service delivery Executive based on the invoice within 5 (five) working days from the date of signature of this agreement. 2. Final payment is due within 5 (five) working days after the periodic medical examination on the basis of the invoice issued by the Executive Director and executed about the services provided.
Delivery terms:according to the technical specifications and the draft Treaty deadline for periodic medical examinations shall be established from the moment of conclusion of the contract on 29.09.2017 year, inclusive.
