Comments:
Requirements for the submission of documents to the trading procedure:
When submitting an offer to the trading procedure, the bidder provides and attaches the following set of documents:
1) commercial offer;
2) a package of documents for the company to participate in the trading procedure;
3) quality documents (letters of distribution, certificates of conformity, declarations of conformity, quality certificates, etc.).
Requirements for documents:
1. A commercial offer for a trading procedure is submitted according to the standard form attached to this trading procedure. The commercial offer must be properly executed and backed up:
- presented on the company's letterhead;
- the tabular and textual part must be completely filled in;
- provided with the signature of an authorized representative and the company and the seal;
- the validity period of the commercial offer must be at least 3 months;
- the scanned copy must be provided in *.pdf format, the information in the file must be readable.
In case of non-submission of a commercial offer or submission of a commercial offer in violation of the requirements described above, the organizer of the trading procedure reserves the right to refuse to consider the offer submitted by the participant of the trading procedure.
2. The package of documents for the company to participate in the trading procedure is provided according to the list of documents attached to the tender documentation.
The participant of the trading procedure provides a full package of documents according to the attached list of documents.
The documents are provided in *.pdf format, each document in a separate file.
In case of failure to provide a full package of documents, the organizer of the trading procedure reserves the right to refuse to consider the offer submitted by the participant of the trading procedure.
3. Documents on the proposed positions are provided in *.pdf format, each document in a separate file.
4. Contractors are not allowed to cooperate if THERE IS INFORMATION ON THE LACK OF Consent OF the taxpayer on the CHARTER website.
