Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The payment for the Services rendered is made for each Bid separately with a delay of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered signed and sent by the Contractor, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) invoice;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services provided on the Bid, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices or UPD,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring promissory notes, etc.
In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the SMSP:
The payment for the Services rendered is made for each Bid separately within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring promissory notes, etc.
