Payment terms:payment of services of the Executive Director on the periodic and prior medical examinations is done by transfer to the account Executive within 10 (ten) working days after the holding of periodic and preliminary medical examinations on the basis of the invoice issued by the Executive Director and executed about the services provided. The contractor provides the Customer account and acceptance of services rendered within 5 working days from the date of delivery of services
Delivery terms:term of periodic medical examinations shall be established from the moment of signing the contract on 31.07.2018 year, inclusive. The term of carrying out preliminary medical examinations is set by the customer from the moment of signing the contract on 27.12.2018 year, inclusive, in accordance with the requirements of the technical specifications and Draft contract.
