Comments:
The quotation should be carried out according to the estimate with the decoding of the price of spare parts, materials, standard hours.
The final cost of the repair will be determined by the Contractor based on the results of the defect identification of the premises, but at the prices provided.

1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by a TCH with attachments and contain key information on the scope of services provided, conditions and terms for the provision of services, information on the implementation of similar projects, permits for the provision of services in accordance with this procurement procedure, etc. Detailed requirements are set out in the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION.
2) Please read carefully the standard edition of the service agreement, the Participant has the right to offer a protocol of disagreement, which must be provided as part of the Offer, OR the Participant has the right to offer its own edition of the service agreement. In the absence of proposals for the protocol of disagreements or an agreement in the version of the Participant, it is considered that the Participant agrees with the wording of the contract for the provision of services proposed by the Organizer of the procurement procedure.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This request for proposals is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the customer.
