Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Comments:
Your technical and commercial proposal must contain the following information:
- prices for the provision of services in rubles with VAT;
- delivery time;
- availability of a certificate (certificate) confirming the right to carry out this type of work;
- terms of payment for the services provided.
You have the right to provide other information and documents confirming your positive business reputation, experience and stable financial position.
ISO LLC reserves the right to reject an application for participation in the selection if:
- the supplier has not submitted an application within the above period;
- the facts of the supplier's provision of inaccurate information were revealed;
- the supplier is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him.
The selection of contractors and the selection of the selection winners will be carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- deferred payment of at least 60 calendar days from the date of delivery;
- fixing prices for the period of the selection;
- submission of the following copies of documents (if your company is selected as the contractor for the conclusion of the contract):

a) State registration certificates;
b) Tax registration certificates;
c) Documents confirming the powers of the persons signing the Agreement and primary documents (orders for the appointment of a director and chief accountant; powers of attorney containing the appropriate powers, a protocol of appointment);
d) Accounting statements (Balance sheet (Form No. 1) and Profit and Loss Statement (Form No. 2)) for the last reporting date preceding the date of the conclusion of the Agreement, with a mark on the acceptance of the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate (including with the attachment of a receipt for acceptance by TCS , if the company reports to the IFTS in electronic form);
e) The charter of the enterprise (in full).
ISO LLC reserves the right, if it is impossible to determine the best application and in order to ensure equal competitive conditions for all selection participants, send a list of minimum prices to all selection participants (without specifying the suppliers who offered these prices) and invite all selection participants to adjust and submit your final applications. Contractors who have not submitted bids in the 1st round are not allowed to the 2nd round.
ISO LLC reserves the right not to motivate its decision to determine the selection winners.
If your company is recognized as the winner of the selection, following the selection of suppliers, you need to conclude a direct contract for the provision of services with ISO LLC with the obligatory submission of the above package of documents.
If your company refuses to submit the above documents (in whole or in part), please send a written notification to our address.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
