If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. Payment in rubles by transfer to the account of the contractor.
7. Payment within 10 working days from receipt of the invoice the applicant services.
Delivery terms:1) The Executive Director should be only an accredited person (certification body, with a certificate of accreditation with the status "valid").
8. The contract is concluded directly with the accredited person. Without intermediaries.
9. The result of the provision of services is on attestation of conformance document, duly registered and published in the registry on the FSA website.
10. Protocols of certification tests only from accredited laboratories of Russian Federation.

Comments:
from interested persons we are waiting for proposals with the terms of conformity assessment services. We ask you to consider purchasing positions and offer your terms of service for conformity assessment of products for each procurement position separately:
1. The type of the processed document.
2. Possible schema certification/Declaration and duration of generated documents.
3. Product samples (need or don't need, and if needed, in what quantity and how are selected).
4. Processing dates.
5. The cost of the service.
6. The terms of payment.
We are interested in both the skins party products and products produced serially. Every foreign manufacturer if necessary to sign an agreement on the authorized person.
According to the results of the tender will be chosen by the certification bodies, which will be held face-to-face consultations, the results of which we will be able to identify the counterparty, which will be signed a contract for rendering services for conformity assessment.
