Payment terms:"Payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
Final settlement with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) act (certificate) on verification,
e) technical act of work performed,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of concluding an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity:
Payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, subject to the provision of the Customer with a full set of documents for payment for the Services provided specified in this paragraph. "
Delivery terms:The volume of services rendered: in accordance with the terms of reference (Appendix No. 1 to the documentation) and cost estimates (Appendix No. 2 to the contract).
