Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the Services rendered and accepted by the Customer is made with a deferred payment of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, subject to the Contractor submitting the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) conclusions of industrial safety expertise
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.

In case of concluding an Agreement with the SME:
Payment for services rendered is made within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer signed and sent by the Contractor of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, invoice, by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or by other methods agreed by the parties that do not contradict legislation of the Russian Federation, including through the transfer of bills, etc.
Delivery terms:The total term for the provision of Services from the date of the conclusion of the contract until November 30, 2021.
