Ranking of bids

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1. Payment terms - 100% post-payment, deferred payment of 60 calendar days
2. In case of disagreement with the terms of payment, confirm the possibility of providing a bank guarantee (at the expense of the contractor) for the amount of the advance, indicating the bank
3. Provide a technical and commercial proposal
4. Confirm agreement with the terms of the Requirements Specification
5. Confirm the delivery of only original components manufactured by MWM in the original packaging
6. Confirm that the delivery time of the components in full to the Customer's facility will be until 06/01/2024.
7. Confirm that the work on the E60 maintenance will be carried out at the bidding of the Customer after the delivery of the components. The duration of the maintenance of the E60 of one unit is no more than 4 weeks from the date of commencement of work on the bid
8. Warranty period for the work (according to the Requirements Specification in months)
9. Warranty period for components (according to the Requirements Specification in months)
10. Confirm the availability of certified employees who have been trained at the manufacturer's training center (attach certificates)
11. Confirm the experience of performing similar works (attach a reference list)
12. Confirm the availability of a special tool for the work (be sure to attach a photo in the Technical and Commercial Proposal)
13. To confirm the possibility of warranty service during the entire warranty period
14. Confirm the consent to sign the standard form of the contract

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.

Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
