Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:1. Payment is desirable within 60-90 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, with an advance payment it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee (list of banks in Appendix 4).
Delivery terms:1. Terms of service provision - preferably no more than 30 calendar days from the date of the contract.
2. In order to obtain the tender documents for review, it is necessary to sign a confidentiality agreement (Appendix 5).
3. Acceptance of works is made once upon completion of works.

1. An application for participation in the trading procedure at the B2B-Center TP must be submitted in the form of a detailed commercial proposal (in the form of Appendix 2).
