Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:3.1. Calculations are made by the CUSTOMER transferring funds to the settlement account of the CONTRACTOR, with a delay of payment of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of the provision of services, on the basis of the invoice issued, while legal interest is not charged and is not paid on the amount of debt for the period use of funds provided for by Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation ". The date of the provision of services is the date indicated in the certificate of services rendered signed by both parties. In the event that the contract is concluded with the SME, then the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation
