Payment terms:Payment under the Agreement is made in rubles by non-cash transfer by the Customer of funds to the settlement account of the Contractor on the basis of the Universal Transfer Document signed by both parties and the invoice issued. The Customer's obligation to pay the cost of services under the Agreement shall be deemed fulfilled from the moment the funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
