Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment under the contract is made by the Customer with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate for the work performed (services rendered), subject to the provision of the Customer with a full set of documents for payment under the contract:
- Original consignment note (form TORG-12) or UPD signed by the Parties - 2 copies;
- Original invoice - 1 copy;
- Original invoice - 1 copy.
In case of concluding an agreement with a small or medium-sized enterprise, payment under the agreement is carried out within 15 workers after the Parties have signed the Acceptance Certificate for the work performed (services rendered) on the basis of an invoice for payment and an invoice.
