Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for services is made in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of payment within 30 (thirty) working days on the basis of the Invoice issued by the Contractor (after the Customer and the Contractor have signed an act of work performed for the reporting period). The preferred reporting period is a quarter.
The date of payment under this Agreement is the date of debiting funds from the Customer's current account. Payment is possible only after the conclusion of the contract.
Delivery terms:The term of the agreement: 24 months from the beginning of the provision of services and the conclusion of the agreement.
Changes in value during the execution of the contract are not allowed, prices must be fixed for 24 months.

A separate supplier can be selected for each lot (they can be the same in some or all lots).

The following files must be attached to the proposal:
1. Completed Appendix # 1 - Request for proposal form (including all sheets).
2. Presentation of the proposed data center with specification of technical characteristics (free-form file or link).
3. SLA for the services offered (free-form file or link).
Submission of multiple alternative bids is permitted.
