1. The provided accommodation conditions are final for the Customer (Client). Thus, when purchasing through a subcontractor, his commission is already taken into account in the specified Agency commission.
2. The client confirms 50% of the planned placement budget for 2022, the remaining 50% can be redistributed or withdrawn.
3. At the request of the Client, the specified planned budget can be redistributed between the placement channels in favor of more efficient channels.
4. The Agency undertakes to provide the Client with access to the Sellers' offices, as well as to the AdServer (Weborama) offices to verify the Client's placement.
5. The Agency undertakes, at the request of the Client, to transfer copies of documents of contractors, subcontractors up to the final link.
