Evaluation of Applications
The Participant is recognized as the winner in the request for proposals:
1. The applicant who submitted an Application that meets all the requirements set out in the Notice, the Terms of Reference.
2. The presentations of which have received the approval of the Customer.
3. The commercial offer, which contains the most favorable conditions for concluding the contract.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
