Comments:
LLC "Albazino Resources" asks you to consider the possibility of performing work on the development of a declaration of industrial safety in a raw material warehouse in accordance with the statement of work (Appendix No. 1).
Place of service:
The area named after Polina Osipenko, Khabarovsk Territory, in the Amgun-Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Erroneous Key in its upper reaches, is the site of the Albazinsky Mining and Processing Plant. The coordinates of the study Albazino (Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´ Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´´).
Terms of work:
Start date: 02/28/2020;
Date of completion: 05/28/2020.
Scope of work:
1. Voluntary certification of refrigerated containers with the subsequent issuance of the relevant declaration (or other document);
2. The conclusion of the industrial safety review with amendments to the current declaration of industrial safety of the chemical warehouse of the Albazinsky GOK.
The requirements for the competence of the contractor, the procedure for providing employees with food, accommodation, organization of staff delivery are set out in the terms of reference.

We will be grateful to receive your offer during the period of the procurement procedure on the B2B-center portal with the following applications:

- completed proposal card (Appendix No. 3 to the letter);
- completed counterparty questionnaire (Appendix No. 4 to the letter);
- scanned copies of permits required to perform work;
- charter (in the latest edition with all amendments and additions);
- certificate of state registration (on assignment of PSRN);
- certificate of tax registration;
- the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- if necessary - a power of attorney for the person who signed the contract;
- letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 5 to the letter).

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
