Обоснование: 1. не допустить к стадии оценки и сопоставления заявку ФГБУ "ЦЛАТИ по Северо-Западному ФО", ООО "ЭкоПромЦентр" - основание принятия решения указано в соответствующем столбце;
2. по лоту №1 признать запрос предложений несостоявшимся и на основании п.7.11.3 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «ЦНИИМ» (с изменениями)» заключить договор с ООО "ЦЭИИ" с суммой договора 330 000,00 руб. без НДС, как с участником закупочной процедуры, подавшим единственное предложение, соответствующее требованиям закупочной документации.
