Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
1. Services are provided by the design organization with the receipt of all necessary approvals, in accordance with regulatory acts and applicable federal laws of the Russian Federation
2. Based on the results of the procurement procedure, the winner will be offered to conclude an agreement in the form attached to the procurement documentation, and on the terms on which the procurement participant was recognized as the winner.
The Agreement is concluded on behalf of the Customer specified in this Notice.
In the event of a disagreement in the form and content of the contract, or a delay in signing the contract by the Winner, and, as a result, in the absence of a signed contract by the Winner of the procedure within 10 working days from the date of notification from the Procurement Organizer of the recognition of the Winner, the Procurement Organizer has the right review the results of the procurement procedure.
3. This procurement procedure is not a tender, the Notice / Notice of the procurement is not a public offer of the Customer. The customer / procurement organizer does not bear any obligations to suppliers who participated in the procurement procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
