| Payment terms: | Payments under the contract made with the signing of documents confirming the fulfillment of the obligations:
- contractual delivery of the goods / work performance / services the minimum payment term of 45 (forty five) calendar days;
- on contracts with SMEs should not exceed thirty (30) calendar days. |

| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
