Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Customer makes payment for the services rendered in the amount of 100% of their value within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the act confirming the acceptance of the work performed, provided that there are no claims for their quality and provided that the Customer receives an invoice duly issued in the name of the Buyer , original contract and specifications.
Delivery terms:The term for providing the project to the customer: until 03/20/2021.
Approval of project documentation with Rosnedra (Yakutnedra): until 04/20/2021.

Comments:
Settlements under the agreement are carried out using the settlement accounts opened by the Parties in JSCB Lanta-Bank (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, a participant in the request for proposals, recognized as the winner of the request for proposals, is obliged to open a current account with Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC) within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals for the purpose of making payments under the contract in relation to the conclusion of which the request for proposals was carried out

We also draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.

The procurement participant must ALWAYS attach a commercial offer signed by the person in charge, on the letterhead. The price offer and terms of delivery submitted through the ETP functionality must correspond to the price and conditions in the commercial offer.

Provision of the package of documents specified in the file "Documentation for the contract" - MANDATORY.
