We ask you to consider the possibility of providing services and, in case of a positive decision, provide the following information:
1. A cover letter indicating the cost of providing services (mandatory requirement);
2. An offer card filled out according to the form of Appendix No. 3 in excel format (mandatory requirement);
3. Detailed estimate and financial calculation of the cost of services in the context of stages of work;
4. Customers' recommendations on the services provided (if any);
5. The constituent documents of the organization (according to the list in the letter of request to the KP);
6. The draft agreement in its own edition;
7. Reference list filled out according to the form of Appendix No. 4 (mandatory requirement);
8. The counterparty's questionnaire filled out according to the form of Appendix No. 5;
9. Consent to the processing of personal data, completed in the form of Appendix No. 6.

This request procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this procedure for requesting applications does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the customer.
Reception of questions on the procurement procedure is carried out until 15-00 Moscow time on 31.12.2020
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
