Calculations for the performed work is done at the end of the works within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of submission of Contractor's payment documents (invoice, bill), issued on the basis of signed the Act of acceptance of the executed works, provided you transfer to the customer the result of work in full, with duly executed documents, in accordance with section 5 and Treaty requirements TOR (Annex №1)
