Comments:
1. This request for commercial offer is sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (as well as the tender) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public tender and is not regulated by Art. 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. The commercial offer must fully comply with the requirements/criteria set out in the Technical Purchase Assignment.
3. Without providing all documents specified in the Request (or in case of inadmissibility), the organization will not be allowed to tender.
4. Algorithm of actions in case of reasonable doubts in the fairness of the tender:
