Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment under the Agreement is made in the following order:
- for services for the development of interactive slide electronic courses / training modules within the framework of projects implemented by ANO "Corporate Academy of Rosatom", the Customer, based on the number of services provided and the cost of services specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement, transfers to the Contractor a sum of money on the basis of the invoice made within 10 calendar days from the date of signing the Universal Transfer Document, by transferring funds to the Contractor’s current account, based on the invoice issued, but not earlier than receipt of funds under the Main Agreement.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
