Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Comments:
Criteria for sale of scrap metal:
- 100% prepayment of the total volume on the won lot;
- export of scrap metal is carried out by forces and at the expense of the buyer.
- shipment of scrap metal is carried out according to an agreed schedule;
- The weight of the shipped scrap metal is determined by weighing, the buyer is obliged to have their own certified scales. When carrying out the PRR with the Seller's BPO with the preparation of a bilateral signed act of acceptance and transfer and registration of the TTN;
- shipment of ferrous scrap is carried out on the territory of the BPO
- the period of operation of the company in the market for the sale of ferrous metals should not be less than one year.
The Seller reserves the right to accede any of the offers received or not to accede any of them.
This offer shall under no circumstances be considered as an offer or an offer to participate in a bid, and therefore the Seller has no obligation to conclude a contract before persons (hereinafter referred to as the Applicants) who have made an offer to conclude the relevant contract and, as a result, the Seller shall not bear any responsibility to anyone or for the refusal of his conclusions
