Payment terms:
- An advance payment of 30% of the total cost of materials, the final payment upon completion of work on
the contract for the performance of contract work is paid on the basis of an act in the form of KS-2 and a certificate in the form of KS-3 within 30 days.
- The final payment for the work performed on the object is made by the Customer after the Contractor has completed the work in full, including the elimination of the identified defects, reimbursement of losses incurred by the Customer, compensation for damage caused during the work process, payment of fines and penalties (if any) within 30 calendar days after the signing of the act acceptance of completed construction work and acceptance of the territory.

4) THE SUPPLIER OFFERS ITS AGREEMENT OPTION, WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF ADJUSTMENT TO THE AGREEMENT ITEMS, ACCORDING TO THE CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENTS;
5) The contract is concluded with LLC Transservice, which is part of the Group of Companies LLC Urals Capital.
