Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment of work performed is carried out within 60 calendar days from the date on which the Act of the executed works and the original invoice of the counterparty
Delivery terms:LOT don't divide, only covers the whole complex of works and services. The cost of services must be included the cost of the Executive Director on: • All costs of transport and mechanization involved in production work; • all costs for spare parts and materials required to perform the work; • all types of work permits (licenses, certificates, permissions (tolerances); • payment of work performed is carried out over 90 but not less than 60 calendar days from the date on which the Act of the executed works and the original invoice of the counterparty; The production staff work is carried out only in the presence of the PPE and in accordance with the applicable requirements of HSE. Involvement of outside organizations to perform specialized kinds of works produced in coordination with the customer. The Executive have all kinds of work permits (licenses, certificates (tolerances), permissions) Providing information about the number of staff recruited to work with indication of operation mode.

comments: 1. All questions regarding the procedure, please ask using functional ETP (requests for clarification). 2.
