Payment terms:Payment for the cost of services is made by transferring funds by the Buyer to the Supplier's current account no later than 90 days from the date of delivery of the goods/services and signing by the parties of the consignment note/upd if all the necessary documents specified in clause 2.9. of the contract are available. Primary documents by the Supplier are provided to the Buyer no later than the 5th of the month following the reporting one. At the same time, the Buyer is obliged to review the documents submitted by the Supplier (invoices, certificates of services rendered and transport documents, waybills confirming the scope of services rendered) within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the original invoices, certificates of work performed, primary documentation.

The necessary set of documents for the conclusion of the contract:
- Certificate of tax registration (TIN);
- Certificate of state registration of a legal entity;
- Profit and loss statement for the last tax period, VAT and income tax declaration with a tax mark for the last reporting period;
- Balance sheet;
- RSV Report (1 page);
- The Charter (in full);
- If the activity is licensed, then licenses with applications;
- Decision on the appointment of the head;
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- Confirmation of the authority of the signatory of the contract.
- Documents confirming the ownership of the vehicle, in the case of renting a vehicle, provide a lease agreement.

MANDATORY acceptance of the contract in the wording of the Customer attached in the BID DOCUMENTATION!

PROPOSALS SUBMITTED WITHOUT A COMMERCIAL OFFER ON THE COMPANY'S LETTERHEAD SIGNED BY THE HEAD WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED!!!
