Documents to be loaded:
1) The submitted application for participation should be accompanied by tap with appendices and contain the key information on the rendered volume of services, conditions and terms of rendering of services.
2) Please read carefully the Model edition of the contract of rendering services. The participant has the right to propose a protocol of disagreement, which should be provided as part of the offer. Otherwise it is considered that the participant agrees with the proposed edition.
3) Tap is supplemented with documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (information on the fleet of equipment, SRO, certificates, passports, etc.).

General Information:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
