Comments:
The participant of this trading procedure must necessarily provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer in the form attached to the tender.
The number of equipment in Appendix No. 1 is indicated approximately, the price must be specified for 1 unit.
On B2B, specify the amount of application No. 1 for 1 unit.
2. Companies that do not have experience working with Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the participant's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered!

We remind you that the price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery time /fulfillment, guarantees, price, advance/post-payment, advance security, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.

In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
