| Payment terms: | payment for the services rendered is made by the customer upon the fact of their provision in the amount of 100% on the basis of the act of acceptance of the services rendered and the invoice of the contractor or universal transfer document (UPD) within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the parties sign the act of acceptance of the rendered services or UPD (upon conclusion of an agreement with a small and medium-sized business, payment for the services rendered is made within 15 (fifteen) banking days). |
